Yes, I wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. Don't know why... the sight of blood makes me nauseous.
This picture was taken at my granny's house on Halloween (I think) and that is my mom rockin' the 1960's 'do in the back. Lookin good!!!
And this next picture is me at 17 with my first car. It was a 1967 Buick Special. My parents said it looked like something Cyndi Lauper would drive -- so the car's name was Cyndi. I loooooved that old thang...
That's all I got for now. I'm hoping my buddy Whatever Girl gets in touch with me. I've got a pic or two of her on the night she met her hubby that I'd like to post and/or send to her. Bwahh haha!!!

Attention, kids: this was before cars had "airbags." If you crashed, you took a steering wheel to the throat and you liked it. At least you didn't fly out the windshield.
