If he weren't dying, I'd probably kill him

That title sounds ugly, I know. But it is true.

Grimmy is now driving us nuts. The prednisone makes him hungry -- ALL THE TIME. He paces the kitchen licking the floors, staring at his bowl, running in to us and then back into the kitchen hoping we follow.

Folks... this is a constant thing.

We can't feed him that much! He would really be sick then. So we just patiently tell him "No, Grim." over and over and over. Poor guy.

And don't reach for him or his bowl when he IS eating. He almost took my arm off the other day. To say he has turned food agressive is an understatement. I am going to talk to the doctor about that this weekend. Is that normal? Sheesh.

I got a phone call from Carl while driving to work yesterday. He said, "I wish you could see Grimmy. I didn't give him his meds on time this morning (we give them to him wrapped in some bologna or ham) and he is sitting in front of the fridge just staring at it. It is like he thinks he is a Jedi that can make the door open with his mind."

I almost wrecked thinking of the sight. I could see it so clearly.

Bless him and his Jedi heart.

I laughed so hard when I read the title my husband just stared and said "What now." Then I read it to him and he laughed too.

You are sick - and funny. Jedi Mommy.

Glad he is taking his meds. Buy more lunchmeat woman! Grimmy says.

LOL I am glad he is enjoying something, poor pup! I think the steriods will make him cranky (food agressive) because it makes my kids act like beasts!
