Recovered

I'm better today. Finally.

Sunday and Monday were pretty rough. I hobbled around the house, and needed help to get off the couch. And don't ask me how I got up and down the steps! That was a journey!

Carl said he wouldn't take me out in public because the way I was walking people would think "he wore. her. out!!!!" I laughed at that. I told him he could just walk behind me, point at his chest and then me and nod like "yeah... I did that! She is my beeotch!"

Anyhoo...

I'm back at work (after taking Monday off), and I'm riding our transit system now - it is called MARTA for those of you not familiar with ATL. It's helping me save some money and mileage on my car. I enjoy taking the train. It is a great place to people watch. I'll be able to tell you some stories about folks I meet. Should be fun.

I've got some stories to tell, but between the office move, the walk, soccer, pugs, and hubby I haven't had a whole lot of time to sit down and chat. I'll be back in the swing of things soon. Promise!

I also want to say to my friend Biddie... hang in there, hon. Jess is going to be all right. You are a good mom and a strong person. You have been through a lot lately, but always come out on the better end. This time will be NO different. Give Jess hugs from Pug Manor, and I'm sending my prayers your way. XOXOXO
