I'm heading off this afternoon to participate in my first ever fantasy football draft.
The "commissioner" is a friend of mine at work. He asked me and the other two girls on my team to play this year. We decided to join forces and be one single team (the three girls). There are a total of 12 teams and only one other woman.
We're called "The Pillow Pants"... anyone know where that came from? Huh? Giggle
Anyway -- the other PP ladies can't make it today. Leaving me to do this all. by. myself.
Go me!

Fantasy football? Is this an American tradition I don't know about?
Coffeypot: It went fairly well. I think we have a decent team.
Rain: I don't know if it is a tradition, but it is growing in popularity. You pick players from all the NFL teams to create your own team. As the games progress, your players earn points as they play. It is interesting... I'm curious to see how well we do this year.
