I lost my drivers license... perfect way to end Friday the 13th. I've been trying to think of where it could be.
I had it when I went to the bank
Gave it to the teller
She gave it back when our transaction was complete
Put it in my wallet (or did I?)
I had to go in the bank so I parked the car and jumped out... could I have forgotten to put it in my wallet and it fell out of my lap? I don't think so, but you never know. Carl is going to cruise by the bank and see if he can see it.
Guess that means I'll be at the DMV first thing in the morning.

So sorry to hear about your license - it wouldn't suck so bad if DMV was the biggest pain in the patootie, y'know - but at least all you need is a replacement - just make sure to take 8 types of ID, your mother [for good measure] and I am sure a bribe wouldn't hurt! ;D
Hey - on a lighter note did you see that Sara Evans is leaving DWTS? Yep! read it this morning - her and her lunatic husband [well he sounded like it in the article] are getting a divorce!

Carl told me that yesterday morning. I couldn't believe it... I thought they were "so in love!" I'm interested to see how they handle it on DwtS.
The DMV wasn't so bad. I was in and out in, like, 20 minutes. They were on the ball! I guess it helps that I live in a small town, too. :)
I'm sure that since you got a new one, it will show up. I'm sure it's right where you put it. I hate losing or mis-placing things. Glad you realized you didn't have it before you needed it. That would have been a shock.
That sucks, but from the 1st sentence, I thought that the cops took it from you...a much worse fate. And yeah, you probably will find it later...
