Today is my 13th wedding anniversary! I can't believe we made it this far. I never thought I would be married much less for 13 years! Carl is the best, though. He may get on my nerves - which happens ALOT - but he is my best friend and I wouldn't trade him for the world. I might seriously consider it, though, if Naveen Andrews (Sayid on Lost) or Ty Pennington came to call, but we know how likely that is...
Anyhoo, Carl has given me a great 13 years and two of the best presents a girl could ask for - my pugs! The kids rank up there as well. ;)
I know my parents are happy that I married the right side of the law. Lord knows if I hadn't met Carl I would either be dead, in jail, or barefoot and pregnant in some trailer park somewhere. Now wouldn't THAT have made me the pride of the family?!
