Pug rescue info

See that handsome boy on the right? Many of you know him... that is Grimmy.

He was rescued from SEPRA, a wonderful organization here in the Atlanta area that rescues pugs. When we saw his sweet face on their website, we had to have him. He has now been in our family for five years.

He is probably one of the most appreciative dogs in the world. We don't know what his home life was like prior to coming to pug manor, but I do know he didn't have it easy. The poor guy doesn't know how to play ball, he doesn't know how to play tug of war, he is very territorial, and he barks if the wind blows in a different direction.

But will he give good snuggles? Heck YES. He is one of the best cuddlers in town.

I just wanted to give you a little background on him because there are other pugs out there that aren't so lucky. SEPRA works hard to place unwanted (WHAT?) pugs in forever homes. They are the lucky ones.

Another one of my blogger friends, Lori, is just as passionate about rescues. She is a member of Curly Tail Pug Rescue and especially their Forever Fosters program. Her lovely girl, Plum, is one of those dogs.

They need donations, big time, to take care of those babies. If you want, please visit their site and see what you can do.
