Comfy

I finally got approval to work from home twice a week. It is a wonderful experience! I can sleep in an extra hour, settle into the recliner when it is time to work, and relax because I don't have to deal with traffic and office politics.

But I do have to deal with the animals. And one in particular.... Lily.

I mean, who wants to work when you have this next to you?

First she lays across my belly until she decides she's had enough petting. Then she flips herself over and shimmy/snuggles her way right into the space between my leg, laptop, and side of the recliner. Then promptly goes to sleep.

Must be nice to be so spoiled.

If you look closely at the top of the picture you can see Grimmy's tail and rear-end. He lays at the foot of the recliner... Dozer is on the chair next to me. Jasmine? She's under the bed or laying on the top of the couch... not a snuggler. These are the best co-workers in town!!!!

Look Marni! You have CO WORKERS!!! LOL!

I swear to goodness her feet in the first pic made me spit out my soda at the screen - what a great shot.

And look at the bright side - at least you are warm and not lonely, right?

Congrats on getting to work from home, SO SO COOL!

My cats always walk across my laptop keyboard so I know they're irritated at the lack of attention. I have many e-mails with sdfkweorwujgfh;aweruoncsan in the middle.

To work from home must be great! I have a cat named Lily too, colored kinda like your Lily. And to be surrounded by your furry loves, can't get much better than that!

With co-workers like that, you should negotiate being able to work from home all the time.
