I am SUCH a nerd

I have a new guilty pleasure.

Well, it isn't new. I watched it last season and loved it. It started again last week, and I am STILL hooked.

What is it?

Who Wants to be a Superhero?

This is the funniest, cheesiest, and silliest show on TV. I swear, I laugh out loud every time I watch it.

The premise is easy. These regular people are "auditioning" for Stan Lee to be a superhero. If they will the competition, he will create a comic book based on their character. They will be "immortilized" by one of the greatest comic creators in history!

They have to do cheesy stunts -- like last night they were in a spelling competion with their new nemisis Queen Bee. She gave them all spelling words that had "be" in it but they had to spell it b-e-e. If they got it wrong, she released 10,000 bees into their tank. (They were being held in a tank-like space). One guy wouldn't spell it right on purpose because he said it was "lying" and superheros don't do that. In the end, he was the one that wound up getting the boot.

I adore this show. I really do! It has NO value what so ever, but oh my gosh is it fun! J-man watches it with me and laughes the entire time.

If you get a chance, watch it one time. You will roll your eyes and say "oooohhhh" alot, but you will have FUN!

Hi Marni - first time at your blog, Hey, where does a person find this show? My superhero men freaks would love it, if only to see Stan Lee.
