Sorry

I know you stopped by this morning to get my riveting account of Dancing with the Stars. I didn't feel up to it. I was having too much fun on ToonTown last night to even watch the show. I made it half way through one of my tasks and cannot wait to get home tonight to finish it up. That means a 4 point laugh boost, folks! That's a BIG deal!

Anyway...

Had a great weekend. Saturday night Carl and I went to a birthday party for three folks in the neighborhood. It was for adults only. There was a lot of drinking and dancing. There were decorative columns in the living room of the home we were in... let's just say, ever so quickly, that my husband now likes the song "I'm In Love With A Stripper"... yes... my friends and I put on quite a show. No clothes were removed, but that "pole" got a workout! (blushing and giggling)

I haven't partied that hard since college.

Sunday I went to Beth's for her birthday party... a wine tasting event. It was a LOT of fun. I'm not a wine person, so to be able to taste several different types was pretty cool. I could probably drink some now if I had the right dinner to go along with it. Still have a bit to go before I consider myself even remotely knowledgeable, but it was a good time.

I had a slight buzz when I left her house. I put the top down on the convertible and drank in the perfect Georgia spring weather. It was the perfect end to the weekend.

I'm still recovering.

It was a blast.
